Winner is responsible for any shipping costs outside of the contigious US and any import fees/taxes on international shipments. Winner will be randomly and electronically chosen. Chance of winning is 1/total number of entries. The contest is only valid for kits specifically for Gen 3 HEMI vehicles, both currently supported and to be supported in the future. The prize is non-transferable, and must be for the winner's specific vehicle. Must be 18 or older to enter. Grand prize winner will have to successfully complete a verification process to show that he/she is indeed the owner of said Gen 3 HEMI vehicle. Proof of ownership will be verified through provided paperwork showing vehicle is registered and insured to the grand prize winner. Contest void in areas where prize would be considered illegal or prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of HHP, ProCharger, or other ProCharger dealers are ineligible to enter. No entries will be accepted from inmates of city, county, state or federal penal institutions. HHP is subject to all applicable state, federal, and local laws and regulations.
